🏙️  TM Tower: Benidorm’s Next Giant

If you thought Benidorm’s skyline couldn’t grow any higher after the Intempo Tower – think again. A brand-new project, the TM Tower, is set to rise above the city and claim the title of Europe’s tallest residential building.

At 230 metres high and with 64 floors, it will not only reshape the horizon but also set a new benchmark for urban living by the Mediterranean.

What we know so far

  • Height & size: 230m, 64 floors.
  • Number of homes: 260 apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms.
  • Facilities: a wellness centre, sports zone, gym, cinema room, and climate-controlled swimming pools.
  • Skybar & Observatory: at the very top, residents and visitors can enjoy a panoramic bar and a stargazing platform.
  • Location: less than 50 metres from Poniente Beach – so close you could practically step out of the lift and onto the sand.

Timeline & budget

The project has been announced with an estimated â‚¬27.5 million investment. Construction is expected to take around two years, and if all goes to plan, the first residents will be moving in by 2028.

Did you know?

  • When complete, TM Tower will overtake Intempo, which currently stands at 198m, as Europe’s tallest residential skyscraper.
  • At 230m, it will also rank among Spain’s top 10 tallest buildings – almost on par with Madrid’s Cuatro Torres.
  • With its beachside position, it will be one of the tallest towers in the world built so close to the sea.

What it means for Benidorm

Benidorm has always been famous for its skyline – often nicknamed the “Manhattan of the Mediterranean.” With TM Tower, the city doubles down on that reputation, attracting not only holidaymakers but also investors and architecture fans.
